Led by Rebekah Erdman — planner, designer, former hospitality pro, and low-key logistics oracle — Lumina exists for couples who want a wedding that feels personal, not performative. We’ve spent years inside restaurants, boutique hotels, backstage greenrooms — and now, wedding venues around the world. We’ve wrangled timelines, navigated tricky family dynamics, made magic with tight budgets, and helped our clients feel more like themselves on their wedding day than they expected was even possible.

I didn’t take the straight path to wedding planning, but I took the one that taught me how to lead with calm, intuition, and a hell of a lot of heart.

With 15 years in hospitality and a background in music and design, I bring both structure and soul to the planning process. I’ve managed high-volume restaurants, run boutique hotel events, and learned exactly how to hold space for people — whether they’re giving a toast or breaking down in the bridal suite.

My clients are thoughtful, creative, and a little rebellious. They’re not interested in a cookie-cutter wedding or surface-level design. They want meaning layered into the details, a planner who gets them, and a day that actually feels like them. That’s where I come in.

I plan weddings with reverence, irreverence, and a deep belief that your celebration should reflect your story and style, not just a trend cycle. I’m here for the emotional moments and the logistical fire drills. For the weirdly specific candle color you swear you saw on a trip to Oaxaca. For the parts of you that don’t always fit neatly into a Pinterest board.
