Wedding Management with Lumina Events:
For the couple who wants to dive in and learn about wedding planning, but still needs a wedding pro to help pull it all together, our Wedding Management package is for you! This is our version of a “Day Of” or “Month Of” wedding coordination package.
With this service, we start working together 4-6 weeks out from your wedding day. In this home stretch, we fine tune your plans. We ensure that your timeline makes sense logistically, the layout allows for good guest flow, your vendor team is ready to go, and you are prepped and ready to get married!
Most importantly, we handle any and all last minute challenges that may pop up (and they inevitably do!). Trust us, the last thing you want to be doing during the week of your wedding is tracking down vendor insurance certificates, updating your timeline, or ensuring all your vendors confirmed it.
We then serve as the ringleader of your wedding day, making sure that the day flows seamlessly and taking care of any hiccups. You are the VIPs of your day and we’re here to make sure you enjoy every second!
